Bio:
Nader Bagha was born in Tehran- Iran in 1956. He attended Tehran School of Arts as undergraduate and studied painting, theater, dance, cinema as well as music. He eventually chose music as his topic of study.
Nader went on to graduate from the prestigious Tehran University’s College of Fine Arts with honors in 1982. There he studied music composition and chose piano as his primary instrument.
Until he immigrated to the United States in 1995, Nader taught music and wrote more than forty songs for children. He then continued to teach piano and compose music in the United States. He has composed, performed and published many albums including Persian folk music and popular songs. He has also written music for films and has composed European classic style waltz and lullabies.
