Maryam Naghshineh

Maryam Naghshineh was born in 1978, in Munich, Germany.A short while later, she moved to Tehran, Iran, where she spent most of her childhood. Her passion for art was apparent early on, as she started taking art classes from the ripe age of 7 at "Kanoone Parvareshe Fekri Koodakan." Thereafter, she completed more advanced art classes at "Abbasi Museum of Arts." While growing as a young artist, Ms. Naghshineh was priviledged to take some classes taught by Ostad Sadaghdar at "Kandelous Art Gallery." Her next destination was being accepted to The School of Visual Arts: "Honarestan Honarhaye Tajasomi"--where she majored in Graphic Design. Finally, in 1999, she received her art degree in graphic arts and fine arts from Chaffey College in Upland, CA. Maryam Naghshineh's works have been displayed in many group art exhibits in Iran as well as the United States. She currently lives in the United States, where she continues to express her love of painting through her creative, unique style.
