Farhang Foundation Short Film Festival 2009 submission process:

1. Sign up for a SoCiArts.com account, if you don't already have one. Select your role as an Artist.

2. On your profile page, click on "[create]", then select either "Video" or "Video Upload", based on the outlined description.

3. On the video submission page, check 'Yes' for Farhang Film Festival Submission.
