Etsy Craft Night: Personalized Journals
Led by Lisa Engelbrecht
$5/ Free for CAFAM Members (includes materials, drinks, and snacks)
Create a fabulous, personalized journal with Lisa Engelbrecht, author of Modern Calligraphy and Hand Lettering. Lisa will begin by creating a nameplate for you in her distinctive lettering style. Then, you’ll customize a MakeReady© Journal (created from the waste papers of the printing process) with your nameplate and all sorts of cool materials.

Wearable Trunk Show

Located in the CAFAM Courtyard
Five nationally known craft artists will exhibit their wearable art and jewelry at this two-day trunk show and sale. Featured artists Biba Shutz, Valerie Hector, David Forlano, Randall Darwall, and Chris Triola have presented in prestigious juried art exhibitions and museums nationally, and 10% of all proceeds will benefit CAFAM’s exhibitions and education programs.

Artist Máximo González transforms a variety of unconventional materials into large, unusual weavings. Be inspired by Máximo’s work and learn the basics of weaving while experimenting will a range of fun materials.

Are you interested in printmaking but need a space to work? Whether you are a novice or expert printer, join other like-minded adults for our printmaking sessions that offer space, basic supplies, and casual instruction. Materials for various relief printing processes, collograph, and monotype are on hand. A small etching press and letterpress are also available for use. For ages 17 years + up.
