Public art Project - Mehregan 2008 - Love

This art piece is another " Fine Art Interactive Public Event." It is a practical version of "Random acts of kindness." It will promote love and peace among people, and adds playfulness and fun to life. 
In this Art piece, we provided 300 large white Helium balloons with "love" printed on them.
